[Photo] Lee Seung Gi reveals album jacket for Japanese debut single

In addition to the special video preview for his first Japanese single “Alone in Love” which features actress Park Shinhye, the soloist Lee Seung Gi revealed its album cover, raising anticipation of his fans.

Lee Seung Gi‘s first Japanese single “Alone in Love” is scheduled to be released on March 6th. It will feature the Japanese version of his songs "Love Time" and "Friends", originally from his fifth full-length album "Tonight".

The singer is also planning on to hold a concert at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo in June, performing at the prestigious arena in just three months of making his debut in Japan which is the fastest for a Korean artist.

Lee Seung Gi is losing weight for ‘The King’?

On the January 5th episode of ‘1 Night 2 Days‘, Lee Seung Gi made a surprising revelation about his new drama ’The King‘, where he costars alongside Ha Ji Won.

During their opening scene, Lee Soo Geun asked Lee Seung Gi, “Aren’t your clothes a bit too casual?“, to which Kim Jong Min added, “(Yea) but you have a certain feel about your look“.

Lee Seung Gi replied, “Aside from my hat I tried to dress up“.  Lee Soo Geun continued, “You lost a lot of weight (too)“, to which he replied, “Because of my drama..with Ha Jiwon, I saw her yesterday“.  This revelation elicited led to more good-natured questioning from the cast members.

Whether it’s for ‘The King’ as he says  or to impress a certain gorgeous co-star, Lee Seung Gi is working hard on his body.  His fans surely can’t object to a leaner more fit Lee Seung Gi.

Lee Seung Gi enlists Park Shin Hye to co-star in his debut Japanese MV

As Lee Seung Gi prepares for his debut in Japan, new details on his projects are emerging day by day.

After reporting on his jacket cover for his debut album, the media is now reporting on a snapshot taken on the set of Lee Seung Gi’s Japanese PV (promotional music video).

An online community forum has shared the above picture under the title, ‘Lee Seung Gi, with a bundle of green onions in one hand..‘

Lee Seung Gi is sporting a red scarf while holding a bag of green onions in one hand and the other holding various other grocery bags. Right next to Lee Seung Gi is no other than actress Park Shin Hye who is embracing a paper envelope.

Netizens responded to this picture saying, “Seung Gi oppa, please don’t cook~“, “I can’t wait for the music video“, and “Of course popular Seung Gi oppa always draws a crowd“.

Lee Seung Gi will be releasing his first Japanese single ‘Love Time’ on March 6th.
